A large proportion of Murdoch’s schools now offer dedicated simulation areas, allowing students to put their theoretical knowledge to use in a practical setting, which help prepare future teachers for a real-life school experience, an engineering pilot plant, and it even offers a fully-fledged, industry-standard animal hospital, that provides 24-hour emergency care!

As such, its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme provides students with invaluable exposure to a range of industries, where students learn first-hand what skills and attributes are required of working professionals. Student Support

Life at Murdoch is an all-encompassing experience, where students are provided with a range of academic opportunities, extracurricular activities and support services. Students at Murdoch’s Perth campus have 227 hectares of native Australian bushland to explore, making it one of the largest campuses in Australia. With a range of native flora and fauna found throughout the campus, students are provided with the ultimate Australian experience.

International students are welcomed to Murdoch with a weeklong orientation programme that supports their integration into the university. English language workshops, professional development seminars, tutoring, committed support staff and a vast array of health facilities are all offered to Murdoch students, free of charge. Student support services include housing support, course advice, medical services and career assistance are just some of the free amenities available to Murdoch students.

Scholarships

Murdoch understands that studying at university can be a life-changing experience. As an International student, moving abroad to study can be a daunting task. Murdoch can assist with a range of scholarships on offer for commencing and existing domestic and international students. Eligible students could receive a scholarship up to the value of AUD11,000.

Murdoch Campuses

Murdoch has an additional two campuses in Western Australia’s southern regions of Rockingham and Mandurah, as well as institutions in both Singapore and Dubai, studying at Murdoch means that students will get only the best in education from a university with an international reputation for excellence.
